The rings collapsed under minimal weight of 2 plants in one cage and 3 in another, with poor growth this year due to too much rain in the spring. All my plants died as a result.
Beautifully engineered.

After so many years of trying different support systems for tomatoes, these came into my life! Got tired of the cheap wire cages. They support indeterminate tomatoes that reach well over 6 feet, without a problem. Be sure to secure into the ground to a decent depth. leaning has not been an issue. If it is, tie a support rod that is deeper in the ground. It is easy to see and pick tomatoes. As most experience gardeners know, you should prune excess leaves in the interior as the plants grow. We have had for 5 years now. NOT ONE SINGLE PROBLEM.
Great for My Indeterminate Tomatoes!

This is my third season using my Titan tall tomato cages. Finally found a tomato cage tall enough to support my tomatoes! My tomato plants easily grow to six feet. Great cages. Have not blown over in the wind. No problem with the poles. They are strong and have not bent. Sturdy product. Expect to have many years of use. Would definitely recommend.

I have bought these 3 times in the past few years and just made my fourth order today. These are, by far, the strongest tomato cages made. I live in florida and these survived many tropical storms and a category one hurricane. They handle 30 degree weather as well as 100 degrees. They are extremely sturdy and they don't break or rust. I highly recommend purchasing these.
They are ok for a year or two

They work well for cucumbers and melons, but for indeterminate tomatoes (as others have pointed out) not so much. If you are meticulous about pruning the greenery later in the season you may be ok. I tend to let mine grow out late summer/early fall to replace leaves that have died out during the heat and reduced rain of summer, which will usually get me a nice fall crop of tomatoes. But if you add in any significant wind storm to the weight of the plants, the cages may fail. To be fair, I'm not sure if any cages would stand up to those conditions for more than a year, but for the price of these you may be better off with cheaper metal cages that you can recycle more easily after a year or two.
Pretty Impressive.

I gave this 5 stars because it is by far the sturdyest cage I've ever tried. My indeterminate tomatos regularly exceed 7 feet and these held up fine (with some light pruning of suckers). When we received 50+ mph winds and the plant was 7', one of the cages tipped over at ground level. I will continue to use these, I will just burry them a little deeper this year. Quality product!
I would buy this product again and I WILL buy it again!

I have never had a problem with the Tall Titan Cages buckling in any way despite very heavy fruit loads. We plan to expand our winter squash planting and will use these as trellises...
Poles snap under weight and/or in the heat

Very similar experience to other reviewers. Cages worked well until my heirloom tomatoes really started to produce and take off later in summer, then the weight of the fruit/plant caused the poles to bend/snap and the cage to fall over on either a very hot or a medium windy day. Once the poles are bent there is no way to bend them back. This has happened three seasons in a row, even with pruning. The rings also slide down the poles under the weight of successful plants. Next year I'm going to try to salvage the rings and use rebar for the poles for what will hopefully be a solid solution to this issue.

Finally, a product that is tall enough to contain my tomato plants, especially the grape tomatoes, which gets so tall. Now they don't flop on top of the other tomato plants.

I was so happy with the beauty of these tomato cages in my garden last spring. They worked great until my tomatoes grew bigger. Then they started bending and snapped at the joints. Two of the three are broken and sad now. I am very disappointed and feel like I wasted my money.

Finally a tomato cage that won't tip over with the weight of the tomato plant, amazing!! Heavy indeterminate tomatoes were no problem at all! A few poles did snap the 2nd year where they connect, emailed a month ago and never heard back.

I purchased three of these last year and was very happy with them. Ihad tried using a shorter one and it wasnt sufficient so I wanted to add another tall cage. I ordered May 2nd It arrived yesterday, June 2. the tomatoe plant it was for was knocked over in wind and is growing more or less sideways, but hardly at all. I get that things happen but there was no warning about shipping delays; nothing but auto responses to emails, and hour wait on the phone to be told new orders were being processed before old(!) so I reordered, Ha. Waited another month. No explanation no apology Meanwhile you bombarded me with offers to sell me more. You lost good customer.
(Pretty) great product, terrible service

Summary: These tomato cages are pretty great. But GS has serious customer service problems it needs to fix. You might be like me and not care about service complaints in product reviews, but trust me, my experience should make you pause about ordering from GS. Detailed review: First the product. These tomato cages are lightweight, relatively easy to assemble, and very nice-looking. (Note that GS claims they have a steel core. Unless GS has contracted with NASA to provide space-grade steel that happens to weigh exactly the same as the very light surrounding plastic, count me among the skeptical.) Second the service. Upon placing my order on May 10, the order confirmation page told me that my items (these cages plus irrigation hoses) would be shipped in "3-8 days." I waited for 8 days to pass, then another 6, at which point I called (or tried calling) customer service. Ironically, it turns out, the recorded voice message I got claimed GS has "the best customer service in the business." This rosy message was immediately followed by a second recording that said my estimated wait time was "51 minutes." A fluke, I naively thought. Nope; I called back five times, and each time the wait time was between 50 and 60 minutes. Naturally, I sent an email instead. I received no reply, despite a promise of one, but two days later my order was marked "partially shipped" (the tomato cages) when I looked it up. Okay, great. Those took about a full week to arrive, but at least they were on their way and I ultimately got them. On to the irrigation hoses. I waited, again naively, for the hoses to ship. And waited. Three weeks after I placed my order, I naively tried calling again. "Best customer service in the business" followed by "52 minutes." Email, again. No response, again, followed by almost immediate shipping of the hoses, followed by a week for delivery, again. True, my emails seemed to shake loose the shipping each time. But is that what it takes to get GS to ship items? Apparently. Plus, the "3 to 8 days" promise was way off for the cages, and way way off for the hoses, and I never received an email response saying ... anything. Add that to the laughable wait times to speak to someone, and GS has lost me as a customer. I think I reasonably expect more for the premium prices GS charges. If you choose to order from GS, just adjust your expectations--be prepared to do lots of back-end work pursuing your order, and be very, very patient.
Did not support the weight of the tomatoes

They did fine until the plant started producing tomatoes at the very top section. Between a moderately windy thunderstorm and the weight of the tomatoes it started to lean. The plastic rings did not stay in place, slipping down on the heavy weighted side. Then the plastic fittings holding the poles together started to bend. At this point I put up a metal fence post next the cage/plant and tried to tie it to the post to steady it so it didn't fall over. I got through last summer with it and took it down in the fall. The plastic connectors were bent and starting to crack. This spring I was trying to put them up and the plastic broke in half trying to straighten them out. These are way too expensive for one season of use. I did prune my plant, but it was the large tomato's that cause the heaviness at the top. The plastic was not strong enough to support the plant with tomatoes on it, plain and simple.

Need an additional stake on plant in center, otherwise stem grows crooked & the unit goes sideways(bent). Wind finished 2 off! More needs to go in ground for better support, not 8'! NO CS AFTER SALE!
Very satisfied so far.

I would buy this again. In fact I bought the small ones and the tall ones. They are sturdy and fairly easy to put together but I found that snapping the pole into the slot was somewhat tight and tough. I did put all of them together myself. I hope they're easy to disassemble. We'll see. So far I highly recommend.

I've been gardening for some 60 years and these are the best support I've ever seen for tomatoes. Gale force winds didn't faze them, and the tomatoes grow right up with only a little tucking in now and then.
