On to the review though…we don’t have central air and rely on window units to cool our two story house, so we purchase lots of units as time goes by. This summer is supposed to have some especially brutal days and this unit came just in time! Not only is it a nice unit for cooking big spaces, it’s a great brand and we have been using it the last few days with no issues whatsoever. It easily cools the area we need and is not very loud or disruptive . The remote is so handy to be able to adjust the temps from across the room!

It even connects to an app and you can control it from anywhere. Only downside is it is a bit on the louder side but the sound is about equivalent to a box fan.

The fact that I can use Alexa to turn the unit on and off is such a plus as I like to keep the door shut to that room. I can also use the remote when in bed and need to adjust. It cools so quickly, and efficiently. I like the modern design too.
A must buy for small apartments or bedrooms

Used on one room that’s always warm fits well on my window. Bring it a smart unit it made it easy to control it and adjust to right setting. Definitely a keeper for me I’ll just have to give it a try on hot summer days and see if it stays quiet like it did on the couple of hot days I used it.

We installed it in our bedroom, which is in the back portion of our home, because it tends to get warmer back there. I love being able to use it with my Alexa! It was super easy to install. It is so quiet compared to any unit we have ever used in our bedroom. I love how quickly it cooled off the back of our house. It is compact and modern looking in design and so easy to use. It has been warmer than usual so we had to turn it on before I expected to, this unit is going to be a lifesaver in the summer months! We are very pleased!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I picked this up for my house for when summer rolls around,looks very clean and seems to be very well built, i really like the idea of being able to still open the window when the unit is in place, other than there will be no screen because i will have to take the screen out for the unit to fit, i will be making some sort of temp screen for this tho, i have not tried the unit as it is still in the low 20s and low 30s here where i am, but as soon as those 80-90 degree days hit it will be put to the test for sure.i would recommend this unti to anyone looking for a new ac unit, and being able to control it with our other smart devices makes it that much better.

We installed this in our work room so that it’s not hot during the warmer weather while my husband is working in there. I was so excited to be able to use the voice control to connect with Alexa, which connected very easily. The installation process was really easy and my husband and I were able to install it together without any problems. The unit is quiet compared to previous window units I’ve had. We’ve had some pretty warm weather recently, and the unit cooled the space quickly! We are very happy with the look, the quality, and the efficiency of this air conditioner!

From the pictures, its gorgeous! Can an air conditioner be deemed gorgeous? This one is. What drew me to it is how refined it is: sleek, elegant, aesthetically appealing. It sold me on the "quiet" part. I think that anyone who uses an AC unit shares the same sentiments: AC's are so darn loud. This Q-series delivers with just a delicate hum-just enough resonance to let you know its on. I don't think we'll have any issues with raising the tv volume to accommodate the droning like we had to last spring/summer with our old unit. The air quality is impeccable, too. At 8,000 Btu's it cooled off the living room pretty quickly. Well worth it!

Actually, it's rather cold. So I had to do my best to test this unit. Instalation is pretty standard. If you've installed one before, you'll have no problem with this one. I haven't had to buy a new one in years, so the one I had already was fairly archaic compared to this one. It allows you to control it with an app, so you can make sure it only runs when you are on your way home from work or school, saving you money. It seems like a solid option to cool any modest size room. Highly recommend!

We have a baby monitor that shows the temp in there. We had a different ac but it didn't work well because opening her door wakes her up. Now I can tell alexa to turn it on when needed and she sleeps right thru it. It will be very nice in the summer for the same reason. Just to test it out we turned it on for maybe 20 minutes and that room was nice and cool.

And I though because of it's enormous power, it'd be loud, but to my surprise this thing is super quiet on the lower setting and it's enjoyable. Installing this A/C was a total breeze, thanks to the pre-assembled frame. I'm not even the most handy guy out there and I had this up and running within a half an hour of opening the box. It's compatible with my Alexa device and that makes my life soooo much simpler. I could not have asked for a better air conditioner.
