lopsided and CRAZY difficult to assemble??!

this was so hard to assemble, the instructions were wrong at times (i’m not crazy they truly were wrong- parts mislabeled). It also seems lopsided? I’ve taken it apart and reassembled and everything and it still does not sit flat / it rocks. pretty confused and might try to get a refund
