Q: How to set the night light to color changing mode?

A: Hello Susie Q, thank you for your question. While in the LOW soft white light setting, press the mode select button again and the night light will begin to automatically cycle through each of the eight preset colors. Press the button once more to stop on your color of choice.

Q: Does this product have a polarized plug? I need one that has two prongs the same size and I don't see that information anywhere.

The night light uses light sensing technology to turn the light on in the dark and off in the light. We recommend placing the night light in a low ambient of dark location. The night light will stay on until it is no longer dark in the location. It’s brighter than I expected which is nice. Love all the colors. Cheap and effective. Time will tell if it lasts, but with it being very low priced it’s a great buy. My complaints: no toggle switch, which is more of a big deal than it should be because the sensor takes in a lot of light. This keeps it on in the day time unfortunately. The one in my bathroom is great because of this. The one in my game room unfortunately stays on. Not a huge deal for me personally but I can see this being a deal breaker for others. It feels pretty well made although one of mine came with a piece shaking around in the unit its self. Time will tell if that will be an issue. Honestly grab yourself one of these, heck, 2. Just be aware unless they are in pretty much direct sunlight, they will remain on. 9/10.

Has No Manual Off Button Like Description States
The color changing options are nice, however, it does not have a manual off button like it states in the description ("To turn the night light off manually, simply push the OFF button located at the base of the light."). I forgot to read the Questions that were posted prior to purchasing. Companies really need to make a modern day night light that can be turned off manually. Many people do not have windows in their bathrooms, therefore, it is always dark and the night light will stay on all the time unless it is unplugged. If I can find a color changing night light that can actually be turned off manually, then I'll be returing this night light.
