The motion detector will make the light really bright when something is detected. Super easy installation and very durable. The only thing that I would like different would be that the light goes completely off at night and only turns on when there is motion.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The light was easy to install and provided plenty of light on the highest setting. However, the motion detection was very poor. Several people walked all around it and the light would never come on. A few times the low light would come on and a few seconds later the brighter light would come on, but then it would turn completely off within a second. We have a regular light bulb plugged into a motion sensor nearby and it works so much better!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I almost forgot to review this wonder of light, it has a very bright lighting, my family and I occupied it while we camped and it was perfect since at night we had the perfect lighting I recommend it for the home since it has a sensor that turns it on automatically the best thing is that it is solar and recharges very easily

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received a complimentary GE Outdoor Style Security Streetlight LED from Influenster in exchange for my honest opinion. The light was very easy to install and is doing a great job letting me know when neighborhood cats stop by for a visit. It's very lightweight, which made me worry about durability, but it seems to be holding up well so far. We haven't had any inclement weather since I installed it, so I can't really say whether it's waterproof or not. Overall, I like it and will keep it up in my driveway.

The motion detection was great for all the little critters I have running around at night so I know it'd be reliable if anyone were to ever come up to the house. It's been mounted through rain and shine in the oklahoma heat and so far, so good!

The design looks nice too, it's pretty sleek and modern. The solar panel works well, and I've been impressed with how long it stays lit even on cloudy days. The motion sensor is pretty sensitive, which is great for security purposes. Overall, I'd definitely recommend it, it’s a great value for the price and has been working well for me.

Even though I haven’t mounted it on my house yet due to moving, I tested it out in the sun, and it’s incredibly bright—easily lighting up half of my yard. The motion detection works flawlessly, and installation is a breeze—just two screws and you're done. The solar panel is large and efficient, and the lights and panel tilt so you can aim them exactly where you need. It’s also surprisingly durable yet lightweight, and built to handle all weather conditions—rain or shine. The only reason I’m giving it four stars instead of five is because it’s not the most stylish light out there. But if you care more about performance than looks, this one delivers big.

They are aesthetically pleasing. I've had these lights for just over a month and have had no issues so far. The motion sensor responds from about 8 to 10 ft away which is great for my application.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This solar street light was probably the most simple set up I’ve done in comparison to other designs. I attached it to a metal post and with the included hardware, it didn’t require me to use any tools. However, I do believe it should include some washers to prevent any damage to the plastic when tightening the bracket. It looks like its design is primarily for a cylinder style post but it works just as well for rectangular tubing. I have absolutely no movement from harsh winds. It’s held up quite well in high humid and rainy conditions proving to continue operating in outdoor settings. I’m also very pleased how bright the light is when it detects movement. This product easily stays lit throughout the night which is what I require. Overall I am happy with the set up and overall quality. I would definitely consider adding a few more of these around my property.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very easy to install and maintain since it’s solar. The brightness is absolutely incredible and illuminates all of the 2 car driveway very well. It’s been installed for 2 months already and seems to be holding up extremely well in California weather. This light was placed near our Ring camera and has made the quality of video at night excellent.

The brightness is great, it covered much of my parking lot area, and it’s different lighting which is cool. It detects pretty well and as for weather resistance I’m not sure yet since it’s not rain in my area. I believe it will hold up well though.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This GE Security Streetlight is a great addition to our security measures at home! This was easy to mount. We planned on using the U bolt on our gutters, but they ended up being too wide so we drilled into the siding to mount this. No wiring required, which is great! The solar panels powered this up all night long, from dusk to dawn without any issues. The light stays on dimly all night and gets brighter for 30-seconds when it detects motion. I wish you could turn the constant light off and only use the motion detecting to kick it on, however that’s not an option. It is nice that you can dim the brightness or the motion detection and the color of the light. Be careful how you position the motion detection because it didn’t work the first few days because our motion detector wasn’t pointing in the right direction. This is an affordable piece of mind that I would recommend.
