Love! Like, A LOT.
These make A LOT of shampoo. If you have short hair break them in half, even quarters. Otherwise it is waaaay too much shampoo. Could easily get a week of daily washing out of one. The one for volume (only one I’ve used so far) smells amazing. Hair is super soft. Had to let my hair air dry and there is NO volume, but I have very fine hair, so that’s my normal. No frizz or static. Lathers like a dream. I’m seriously impressed and will take these traveling from now on. A bottle of travel shampoo seems like a bulky hassle now.

I loved the idea of Gemz for travel, but I didn't know which one would be best for my hair type, as I felt like I needed to test them all after taking the online quiz. I love most of the shampoos and conditioners. I have been able to target what I need in the future. I did give away my curly shampoo to my sister because she is fairly curly and I am wavy and fine. So far, all of them have been fantastic, and I look forward to traveling with a few of them and keeping them in my backpack in case I get stuck somewhere. Make sure you wait the 3 or 4 seconds, especially with the conditioner to absorb the water. The first time I used it, it was a little gummy.

However, as with any "new" category, it must be managed with realistic expectations: it will not work perfectly for all types of hair, personally it does not hydrate it and leaves it without shine.!

Great size

It’s incredibly convenient, especially when traveling with kids and there’s no space left in the suitcase for your own things. These don’t spill, take up almost no room, and are perfect for trips, the gym, or weekend getaways. Where have these been all my life!
I started using these products 6 years ago! I am still in love with this company! I have short, thin, fine hair and the volume shampoo is perfect! I can cut the pieces in sections and get two washes from each packet! Did I mention short, thin fine, hair!!! Big plus is how easy it is to pack for a trip! NO MORE AIRPORT HASSLE! It takes up no room at all! Lots user here!!!

Traveling with my hair products

Meh...
The amount in the individual packets is way too much even for my long hair. The scents are overpowering in the package and slightly less so after you wash it out. None of the shampoos or conditioners in the variety kit did anything of notice for my hair. Good idea but not great in execution.
