Q: can these be used with a dimmer switch?

Q: Why does the picture show 650 lumens and 11W when the details say 700 Lumens and 9W?

Q: In specifications of the bulb, I see "Bulb Length: 5.37 inches". Does that mean it is the diameter of the bulb or height?
