I have tried many green drinks before this is by far the best,Very good quality &taste. I'm always on the go, and getting enough greens is a must. That's why I picked up this, and honestly, it's been a lifesaver. One scoop in my morning water or smoothie, and I'm hitting my veggie goal. My bf got me into this brand i love the protein powder as well. Highly recommend this product I feel less bloated throughout the day and more energized. and sometimes if I have anxiety, I drink it as well the greens calm me.

Mixed Berry Greens: Good enough to try (again)
I've been drinking the Mixed Berry-flavored Greens for about 10 days now. After reading many reviews of the prior flavors, I had naturally had some reservations about purchasing this supplement. But Legion provides the most transparency and data to back up their products, so I gave it a shot. I won't say this product is world-changing, but it actually is very consumable. The flavor is totally fine for what they're trying to do, and I haven't had any gut issues or challenges to get through a serving each day. The only thing I'd recommend is chewing some gum or eating a small snack to change the after taste when you're finished, as the lingering feel isn't my favorite. I'll keep using this product!

I had the old version
I had the old version and didn't finish it because I could not tolerate the taste. The new formulation is definitely better! I add it to my morning smoothie. I've gone through one container and don't notice any impact on mood and my energy levels are usually pretty good in the morning anyway so not sure about the impact there. I mainly take this because Spirulina has a lot of evidence for reducing sinus inflammation and I do think it helps with that - I've long had sinus issues. I was taking Spirulina pills before ordering Genesis but wasn't as consistent as I wanted to be with the pills. So far so good.

I enjoy this every day for years. I feel that I'm supporting my health and vitality. The formula was changed recently to add matcha but it doesn't specify caffeine content. I'm not sure what I'm consuming every morning and I am extremely mindful about caffeine. Hence losing a star here. Please be transparent about this!

Taste is great and the ingredients are legit. Lots of headlines about heavy metals in greens products lately. Legion's 3rd party testing, willingness to share results and ingredient transparency are amazing and set them apart from most of the supplement industry. i spend a ton of money on Legion supplements and i'm healthier for it.

Best Greens out there
The benefits of the drink far outweigh the negative taste, which reminds me of what a multivitamin tastes like when uncapped or chewed (I actually uncap the Triumph Multivitamin and toss it in this drink) I could feel the difference in my overall health Immediately after starting to take this product. I highly recommend Genesis, just beware the taste takes some getting used to.

Difference maker
I take several supplements, including a few Legion products. The day I began taking Genesis I could feel the difference. From blood flow to my hands to regular BMs, Genesis delivered. I measure oxegen levels at my finger tips. It's pretty common to hit 100 when I was between 95-97 before.
