Genexa Kids' Pain & Fever is made with the same effective acetaminophen as Children's Tylenol® Chewables Grape, but without any artificial fillers. Genexa Kids' Pain & Fever helps temporarily reduce fever and provides temporary relief from a range of cold and flu symptoms, including minor aches and pains, headache and sore throat. These chewable tablets are made with delicious grape flavor and have the effective active ingredient your kids need for symptom relief (80 mg of acetaminophen per tablet), but without artificial sweeteners, artificial preservatives, artificial dyes, parabens, and common allergens. For use by children ages 2 years to 11 years.

Effective and Clean
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My daughter uses Kids Pain & Fever Cherry Flavor whenever a fever creeps up or is experiencing a headache or soreness from her sports. There is no fighting her to take it. The taste is pleasant and the texture is palatable. This medication goes to work quickly fighting that fever and pains to provide quick relief. Not only is it effective but made from clean ingredients that I can get behind. This product is both kid and parent approved.

Tastes great without all the junk

I can easily convince her to take this without a fight, it kicks in quickly and helps her overcome her symptoms. She said "mommy this is actually yummy". And Mommy likes it because I know it is free from all the junk.

Agave Syrup is not a healthy ingredient
I was shocked at how sweet this tasted and then I looked at the ingredient list. It contains agave syrup which is higher in fructose than sugar. It’s misleading that people think it’s healthy when it is about as unhealthy as high fructose corn syrup.

Great, but not cost effective
I give this to my kids to help with pain and fever, and it works great. My kids are older, so they require 5-6 tablets for one dose, which is A LOT. Especially if they're sick at the same time. We'll finish the entire bottle in one day, which just isn't cost effective. I do wish Genexa would make the dose to where they didn't have to chew so many so each bottle would last longer.

Didn’t look very good.
We purchased this product about a month ago. Didn’t open it until today. It has a very foggy stringy substance in it. It doesn’t expire until the end of the year. I would not give it to my kids because it didn’t look to safe. We have used other Genexa products before and never had the issue before. But definitely very hesitant on using again.

Not a fan of it
