Review Quotes

Embodied in its author, soft power comes across on every page of this book in her soft-spoken voice with the humility of someone who has excelled in public service, as in her academic career, without ever forgetting that neither is a goal in itself, nor should it serve self-aggrandizement.--Helga Nowotny, Professor Emerita of Science and Technology Studies at ETH Zurich
