[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was super excited to try out the Gerber pineapple baby food because this is the first time I’ve ever seen pineapple by itself. It’s not an overly strong tasting pineapple and it has a texture similar to that of applesauce. Yes, I tried it too! And as you can see on the ingredients list, it’s just pineapple. My 6 month old seemed to like it and my almost 2-year-old devoured what baby brother didn’t. I would definitely get this again because my babies love fruits and this adds to the variety!

I was so excited for her to try this flavor as pineapples are a favorite in our household. It smelled like pineapple and had the texture for applesauce. I gave it a little taste and it tasted like pineapple. My daughter LOVED it and finished the whole jar!

I always taste and try the foods before I give her and it tasted just like how pineapple puree would have tasted if made at home. So fresh and full of flavour. My baby loved the pineapple taste too. She’s a big time foodie and this was a hit with her too. I’m probably gonna buy some more of these. The consistency is just right for a 7 months old and no added sugar or preservatives. Just eat I needed for her. Would recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My boy didn’t care for the Gerber Pineapple at first. I decided to put it in the fridge for about 20 minutes to chill it and tried it again. He loved it. I think the slight chill took away some of the tart taste. I’m ok with the glass jar but for safety of glass I prefer the plastic tubs.

My baby really enjoyed the texture and I think the sweet and tangy flavor! My hand was being pulled closer for bigger bites and the jar was quickly finished. This flavor seems pretty unique to me and makes me happy knowing my little one can be exposed to more textures and foods. I would definitely recommend and can’t see what else Gerber is going to add to the baby aisle.
