After reading a recent article it turns out there is metal and arsenic etc in beech nut!!!! That is so terrible!! Never giving it to my baby again.

My son is super picky with textures and taste. He ate a whole serving the first time I introduced this flavor to him. Maybe he loves mangoes or maybe he loves the texture/ taste. But definitely getting more!

If you like a mango lassi but can't find ripe mangos, just add a jar of Beech-Nut mango to your almond milk, yogurt and cardamom and blend with ice!
