A: This unit is meant for about 56sq ft. The unit will make a slight fan noise when operating.

Q: This appears to have some type of bulb. Do I purchase the bulb from Target? What type of bulb? Do it have a filter?

A: The unit does not have a filter. The bulb can possibly be purchased on Targets website or with other online retailers. It is a UV-C bulb, part number LB1000.
