Great DVD, this is my second one as I used the first one so much that it is scratched and time to throw away. Good, solid workouts and really like Denise's instructions and direction.

I am an advanced and seasoned at home exerciser to the likes of Cathe Friedrick and Amy Bento for example. When you are short on time, or just need a lighter or active rest day, this DVD fits the bill! I LOVE the yoga stretch. I am not saying you won't sweat when you do this, you will and it is great for the person who is just beginning to workout. Just gave this as a gift, and the person really likes it! I think this is one of Denise's lesser know DVDs, but I have many other of her workouts and this is tops on my list!

I love the workouts in this DVD, they are fast-paced and fun! Denise Austin does a good job of keeping you motivated and reminding you of why you're doing the specific moves. I love that there's a new move every minute, it really changes things up. With that said, I think this DVD is a little deceptive. It claims that there's a new workout everyday, but in reality, you pick your workout on Friday and the weekend workout is the same, yoga/stretch. I know the DVD was only [$] and you get what you pay for, but I was expecting a different workout for everyday. Plus, my DVD must have something wrong with it because it won't play sound when I put it into my DVD player and makes a weird noise, but will at least play, when I put it into my laptop. All in all, I'd buy it again, I love quick, fast-paced workouts that don't take too much time out of my day but still challenge me.
