Q: I love the sauce, but get very frustrated trying to get the sauce out of the bottle once it is about half empty. Any suggestions?
A: We completely understand your frustration. We recommend using a warm water bath (not boiling) before using.

Q: Once opened, how long does it last in the fridge?
A: We do not recommend using/consuming our products past the best before date. The product will have suffered loss of quality, taste and texture.

Q: Can you use this in a fondue machine?
A: Unfortunately, our Ghirardelli sauces cannot be used in a fondue pot or chocolate fountain.

Q: Will this dissolve in coffee (as in sink to the bottom of the mug) or is it too thick, best to be used on ice cream, strawberries, waffles etc.? Thank you
A: Our sauces are designed for hot beverages. While the sauce is thick it can be used in hot beverages. I will require stirring.

Q: Can you nuke this sauce to make it like hot fudge?
A: This product is not designed to be microwaved.
