GHIRARDELLI Dark Chocolate Brownie Mix blends rich, moist brownie with melt-in-your-mouth bittersweet chocolate chips to create the perfect easy-to-prepare dessert. Directions:
You Will Need: 1/4 cup water; 1/2 cup vegetable oil; 1 egg.
1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Prepare baking pan by lightly greasing or spraying with non-stick cooking spray.
2. Place water, oil and egg in medium bowl and stir until fully mixed. Add brownie mix and stir until well blended. Spread in prepared pan.
3. Bake as directed below. Cool completely in pan before cutting.
Pan Size: 8 inch x 8 inch (metal); Bake Time: 40-45 minutes.
Pan Size: 8 inch x 8 inch (glass); Bake Time: 45-50 minutes.
Pan Size: 9 inch x 9 inch (metal); Bake Time: 40-45 minutes.
Do not overbake. Fresh-baked brownies appear underbaked but cool to doneness.

My family and I were a little skeptical at first due to it being listed as dark chocolate. We baked them to eat with during a movie night and we could not stop eating them. We ate the entire box fresh out of the oven as they were so delicious. Who needs nuts when you have chocolate chips that add just the little bit of texture you are craving. We will definitely be buying these again and the entire house loved them!!

This mix is rather easy to work with. If you’re inclined to make a waffle brownie you can use this mix in a waffle iron (cook for four minutes and the chocolate chips are gooey and delish!!). This also works in a convection oven just in case you don’t have a stove like myself.
