The box says up to 15 servings - that seems wildly optimistic as this is made in an 8x8 square pan but hey maybe bite sized party servings? Idk? Minimal on hand additional ingredients needed and hand mixing made this mix so much easier than other brookie mixes. I added peanut butter m&ms but otherwise followed directions. Excellent quality & taste!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When you think about Ghirardelli, generally you think of really delicious chocolate. I was so happy to get this brownie cookie bar. We ended up baking this tonight to have as a dessert and man is it a winner! It’s so chewy and rich with chocolate from the brownie and chocolate chips. You’ll need a tall glass of cold milk for sure. My only issue with this is that it takes a bit longer to put together due to having two batters. Other than that, this is a winner! It’s well worth the money.

Came in a brownie mix and a chocolate chip cookie mix. Brownie batter first and Chocolate chip cookie next. Layer it and bake. The chocolate was spot on. Not to rich , but just enough. My family loved them. Eat hot or cool. Loved them!!!!!!

I have to say I LOVE Ghirardelli brownies so I had huge hopes for these brownie cookie bars. While they were good, and went down quite easily, especially with a glass of milk, I’m not sure they live up to the Ghirardelli brand that I have come to expect. They were a little drier than I would have liked and just didn’t seem to wow me. No specific complaints, but next time I’ll stick with the plain brownies. But if you’re craving a cooking and a brownie, I’d say to definitely give it a shot!
