The design and look of the dinnerware is very pretty. Quality of the manufacturing is poor. Needed to order 3 sets to get 2 sets that are satisfactory. Christmas trees not centered, border not consistently applied, one set came with a broken cup. Be aware if ordering a Gibson product because their QA is bad.
