It took two tries to obtain these mugs. Initially I received a wrong item. It was not easy to return as I either had to send them back, or could return to the store. Of course I chose to return to the store to save time & hassle. When I did, discovered they needed a receipt which I didn’t have since I ordered them online. Had to call customer service and explain the situation so they could relay the information needed to the customer service rep in the store. When the mugs came, they were not quite what I expected, the finish on the top colored part had marks in the glaze on every mug. Needless to say, as attractive as they are, certainly will not be ordering other things in this manner!
