Best sausage I’ve ever had, WOW! Tried the aloha variety on its own as a snack, on tacos, and in mac & cheese and all were excellent. This flavor is definitely sweet and the ginger is just a hint; definitely there but not overpowering. Would definitely buy again and plan to try other flavors! There are only 4 in the pack so it’s a bit pricey vs some other options, but it’s worth it to have on occasion, and if you compare to a pack of chicken or beef to cook, it’s not bad.

Really good! My favorite flavor is still the bourbon apple (for roasting with veggies) but I tried these on pizza with pineapple, like a modified Hawaiian pizza, and it’s super tasty! I’m going to pick up more to try in the rice recipes that others have recommended.

Yup, no nitrates or anything bad in them. You can taste the difference between these and regular other brands. I feel better eating these and not as heavy. My body definitely likes the absence of preservatives or bad quality meat I had before. The flavors are great too. This and Apple Bourbon are winners.
