It also features an outer leak protection layer and inner layer that stretches to help prevent rips and tears. OdorShield® technology provides odor control to help fight smells. Made with 100% renewable electricity**. And here’s something cool: if everyone in the U.S. chose Glad® drawstring trash bags it would save 100 mil lbs of plastic from landfills every year***. *Vs. Glad® 13 gal ForceFlex bag. **For bags manufactured in our US plants. All electrical energy used is offset by virtual power purchase agreements and purchased renewable energy certificates (RECs). ***Based on IRI sales data. It fits perfectly for a 13gallon tall trash bag and really holds up! I’ve got a terrible habit of always overstuffing the bags before I have to take it out and this bag has never failed me. I’ve never had a rip/ tear and never risked any fluids on my floors. Clean, easy and fresh!

They fit snugly around my compact trashcan and have good stretch to them, I never feel like they're going to start to rip or tear. I like these non scented ones, cause if you have smelly garbage it just mixes with the scent and is nasty. I threw away some old food in these and it did not smell as much as I feel like it would smell using my old trash bags so I can attest to the odor shield technology. I've always been one to buy cheap trash bags because you're gonna throw them out anyway right? But being able to put more without it ripping, and not smell, is worth getting the brand. Overall very happy.

If you have a sensitive nose I would recommend getting the unscented bags version. Glad is always a winner in my book for durable trashbags and these were no exception. My number 1 preference for trashbags. Would highly recommend.

The people in my house stuff down the trash until it can't be stuffed anymore because no one wants to take out the trash. You can stuff these bags completely full and they hold up and do not tear. I have had no problem with leaks and they have a nice scent.
