Q: How dso you adjusst the warmer to the lowest or highest settings?
A: Great question. To adjust the fragrance level of your warmer, rotate the dial to the right for less fragrance, or to the left for more. The dots also correspond with the amount being released – the smaller the dot, the less fragrance you'll experience. – Michelle, SC Johnson Consumer Care
