Q: I know the wooden lid has a seal around it, which works great around everything but the pour spout, which exposes the contents to air- or at least mine does. Won’t that expose the contents to any air/odits in the fridge?
A: In answering my own question, I loosely draped a sheet of plastic wrap over the top of the container, leaving extra room in the middle. The lid goes on perfectly and I can adjust the plastic wrap to cover the pour spout.

Q: I see the product width in the deacription of 7.56 in, but I believe that includes the handle. What is the diameter of the top opening, or the width of the lid?
