Q: We bought this scale to replace an old one we had. We stepped on the old scale THEN new one and the weight is off by about 15 lbs?! New scale we are 15 lbs. HEAVIER?!?! Is there a Reset button? Thanks

A: You can try to reset the scale by removing the batteries for 90 seconds and then reinstalling them. Please ensure you are using it in “lb” mode on a hard flat surface. If neither troubleshooting helps, we can replace the defective unit with a new one under warranty. Please reach out to support@kitchensupply.com regarding warranty replacements.

Inaccurate, inconsistent reading.
Inconsistent readings. The first time I used it, my weight came up 4 pounds heavier than usual. I took off my socks and tried again and was 5 pounds less. Usually a 3 - 4 pound difference if my feet are more toward the center than the outside. It’s an attractive looking scale but you’ll have to guess at your correct weight.
