Q: My hair is a natural dark brown, recent my got highlights and didn't like. I got the shade sleek expresso to put on the Highlights and my hair turned a blue green and it won't come out! what do i do?
A: Also turned my hair green would not recommend this lol
submitted byLooofisher - 9 months agoA: We’re very sorry to hear! Those with highlighted hair should use our Highlights specific range. As it’s semi-permanent, use a clarifying shampoo to get the color out or contact us @Glaze_hair on IG.
submitted byGlazeHairTeam - 1 year agoA: You could try using dawn dish soap as a 'clarifying shampoo' as well. Old trick of the trade. Or use warmer toned gloss opposed to the cooler toned gloss! 😉👍

Q: I want to achieve black hair and I currently have med brown with red tones. If I use the black will I truly get black or will I get surprise colors? My hair is virgin, no highlights or color.
A: Pretty sure if your hair is virgin, anything will take, but black is the worst choice ever. Hard to remove and come back from.
submitted byAerieX5 - 1 year agoA: Hey bestie, we don't recommend using a darker shade on lighter hair - Supergloss is designed to enhance your current color, so shade match to the lightest tones in your hair for best results!
submitted byGlazeHairTeam - 8 months agoA: I have medium blonde hair with natural highlights and it made my hair blue… just a heads up if you’re using a darker color than your hair like I did

Q: Is this for permanent effect, cause i need it just for temporary use
A: Hey Glaze babe! Supergloss is a semi-permanent dye, so it's designed to last for up to 10 washes.
submitted byGlazeHairTeam - 8 months agoA: It’s semi-permanent. Says so on the bottle in the product photo… in the highlights… in the product details… and in various answers from the company rep… not sure how you missed that.

Q: I have white hair. What will happen if I use pearl blonde?
A: Hey Glaze Babe, The formula will not cover greys, but Pearl Blonde as it is a toning shade could reduce the brassiness of your white hair. Please strand test first to ensure the right result.
submitted byGlazeHairTeam - 11 months agoA: Agree with 👆 By using it, it won't make your hair blond but the toner will cool any brassy and or orange tones, will brighten up that beautiful gray hair turning you into a silver fox!!! 😉👍

Q: How can I remove this completely with out my hair turning blue?
A: Hey bestie! Supergloss is a semi-permanent dye, so it will gradually fade out on its own. If you'd like to expedite the fade out process, we'd recommend using a detoxifying or clarifying shampoo.

Q: does this product work best before or after shampooing your hair?
A: Hey Glaze babe! For best results, we recommend shampooing, then applying Supergloss to clean, damp hair, and rinsing thoroughly (until the water runs clear!).
submitted byGlazeHairTeam - 8 months agoA: Due to drying effects and reviews, Id probably let it go a day or two with no washing or any products in it, than apply. G’luck
