The first turmeric I've taken that I didn't have a reaction
I've tried taking turmeric tablets in the past and they made my legs hurt and itch. Global Healing's Raw Herbal Extract Turmeric seems to be working well after two weeks. My joints are feeling better. I plan on continuing to take it.

Taste to sweet
The tumeric was recommended by a friend. I tried a bottle but noticed straight away that it was very sweet. I feel that there is too much vegetable glycerin in the formula and really didnt not notice any difference.

I can't tell
Here's my experience. I found that I can only tolerate 1 ml once in the morning. It is so strong for me that if I take this twice in a day I cannot sleep and it makes me restless and irritable to the point where I feel the need to get out of bed and walk around. I gave it three stars as a neutral rating because if the 1 ml is doing me any good, I simply cannot tell. About the only wy I might know is if blood work showed an improvement on something that was known to be an advantage of using Tumeric.

Relief from Back Pain
I suddenly developed lower back pain, without a specific injury occurring. Turns out it is due to inflammation and this Turmeric products relives me of my lower back pain. I take it religiously morning and night and if I skip a few days I FEEL IT. So I recommend this to anyone struggling with inflammation of any sort. It takes pleasant! I tried several other brands and powders, but nothing has worked like this particular product from Global Healing.

Taste is awesome
First off, the taste is great. I am not a huge fan of curry flavor. So I was very surprised with this product's taste. Even my 10 month old, whom I give a few drops to with her fish oil, loves this. My husband, who is also a health nut, was already buying his own liquid turmeric for his mushroom teas. He sprained his ankle badly. So I persuaded him to try Global Healing's turmeric to help with the swelling. 1) he stopped limping after two days' use; 2) he now wants to use Global Healing turmeric for his teas. I definitely feel this helps with inflammation. And I love having all the other great benefits that turmeric provides.

This is a wonderful product. I stopped taking it awhile back when I ran out and after a few days my knees were hurting again. I reordered and haven't stopped taking it since! Highly recommend this product!!
