Book Synopsis
Remind little ones that God will always be there to love, support, and comfort them--no matter the situation--with this uplifting, reassuring board book. This powerful little book is filled to the brim with hope and comfort. Simple, child-friendly verse outlines relatable moments of crisis, uncertainty, and fear common to a child's life, and asks who helps us in each of those scenarios. "God, that's who" is the reliable answer, forming a pattern kids will quickly pick up on. Each answer reinforces the book's deeply comforting message: God is always there for us. He loves us, He knows us, and He cares about our needs. As they listen to the book and look at the reassuring illustrations, little ones will learn that they can lean on God when they are upset or frightened, or anytime at all.About the Author

Someone Who Cares is Always There!
5 out of 5 stars

Who is always there when things are good, or when they are not? God is. This adorable board book reminds little ones that The Lord knows them, is with them, and wants to help them at all times. Endearing, colorful illustrations by by Janna Matthies spotlight the love that is always there for each child. This is a great book because it explains the enormous affection and care God has for each one of us. It is constantly present, no matter what is going on in our lives--and it is told in a way little children can relate to. If something sad happens, He is right there to help. It can come through the arms of love when The Lord sends someone to wrap their arms around them. Or it can be the joy He puts in their hearts when something they like happens. God is there through everything. The verse is done in a rhyming style that will delight little ears. This over-sized book has thick pages that small fingers will appreciate. I highly recommend this 5-star book, it will be loved and enjoyed by children through pre-school. Worthy Kids has provided Tickmenot with a complimentary copy of, God’s Always Loving You, for the purpose of review.
Beautiful message for young children

This is a beautiful board book with delightful illustrations. A lovely way with rhymes to let children know that God is always with them and loving them in fun times and worrisome times. Easy for very young children to understand and learn that God is always there for them. The rhymes and illustrations will bring the message to the children, as the back cover states, “Whether you’re happy, sad, scared, or joyful – who loves and cares for you no matter what? God, that’s who.”

“When the sun is under wraps, darkeness creeps and thunder claps, shower flood and sirens warn–who is BIGGER than the storm? God, that’s who,” rhymes Janna Matthies at the beginning of her children’s book, God’s Always Loving You. ~ What ~ This twenty-four-page board book with rounded corners targets newborns to children three years old. This read focuses on God always loving and being there, no matter what happens. Expressive and charming full-color illustrations by Airin O’Callaghan grace the pages with an easy-to-read font size. This short book reiterates that no matter what the situation one experiences, God is always there to help, encourage, and comfort. Usually, there are four rhyming lines that ask a question, with the answer that it is God, that’s who. The scenes cover a stormy day, going to bed, enjoying the beach, dealing with bad news, playing outside, helping others, and learning about love. ~Why ~ If you have a curious child who is dealing with emotions, this book hones in on trusting God as He is always there unconditionally. I liked the fanciful drawings and that there was enough content visually for a young child to view. The book may help those who are insecure and need encouragement by relying on God, not themselves. ~ Why Not ~ Those who do not want to promote God’s love and how much He cares for us will not want to read this book to their young child. Others may think it is not geared toward those under three years old but directed to toddlers instead who can comprehend some of its content. Beginner readers may have trouble with some of the two and three-syllable words. ~ Wish ~ I found that some of the rhymes about floods, sirens, under-the-bed objects, bad news, loneliness, and quitting may make a sensitive child more concerned and fearful if they are naiive or immature. ~ Want ~ If you are looking for a board book that promotes God is always there and always loving us, this is a good read although it may bring up some negative feelings that may need further discussion. Thanks to Hachette Book Group, WorthyKids, and the author for this complimentary book that I am under no obligation to review.
