GoFit® Super Band

40-80 lbs is far from accurate, even with the band pulled taunt & modifications. I wouldn’t purchase again & wound just go with a dumbbell set.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a similar band that I purchased a few months back. It’s way more flexible than this band. This band also has an odd odor.

Does the job, but make sure to keep an eye on its wear & tear, so you can replace it when it gets old.Good rubber bands, but try not to extend it beyond its limits.

Love this resistance band recommended by my online coach 2x Ms Olympia Erin Stern! It has the perfect width and tension to use at home or in the gym. Love it and definitely recommend.

All GoFit bands are perfect for their purpose.However, as a strength trainer I find the heaviest does not provide enough resistance for my more advanced clients. The heaviest band is black and one of my clients ordered a second black band so he can train with both at once. Several months ago I wrote to GoFit and asked if they could make a heavier band than black but there was no reply.Still, these are great products.

I’ve used all of Go-Fit loops. I think they are top quality and the workouts amazing. I like them so much, I give them out as gifts.

Love this extra long band. I can do all type of exercises especially my leg exercises since I have been at home instead of at the gym due to covid 19. Leg extensions etc & even arm exercises. I wish I bought one a long time ago.

True to advertisement, this is great for stretching, working out and mobility work. Good addition to the smaller band I have.

I have every single one of these super bands. They are amazing, durable, and affordable. Not only are these bands everything, but the company itself is the best. I buy 80% of my workout equipment from here!

This product emits a chemical odor. Is this normal?Contacted the company, odor will dissipate over time. really appreciated the very timely response. Product works great.

I've been using the red band (one size lighter than this blue band) but decided it was time to increase the resistance. The blue band is a good step up and much more challenging than the red band. It's quite a bit wider so hand grip can be challenging on some exercises because this band really pulls back on your hands. Just something to think about if you don't have big hands. I'd say mine are average for an adult male. The quality of these bands is very high, very thick strong rubber. I never had any problem with the red band so don't expect any with this one. They're on the expensive side but worth it to me.

These bands are perfect for added resistance or individually for rotator cuff muscle work.

I like the simplicity of apparatus. Use item to maintain muscle tone.

I've had my bands for about 5-6 years now and I use them everyday (I'm a physiotherapist). I have not seen a single sign of tearing or breaking from any of my bands. I wish though that the smaller resistance band, especially the purple one, would be a little more wide because it causes more rubbing than other considering its small width.

Love it, it works. Perfect for my needs. These are built well. I use them to assist me in stretching, as well as adding resistance on machines.

This is my second Go-Fit band purchase,Mandy I'm very pleased with it. High quality, good instruction materials, and very good workout tool. Also, the guide assigning the equivalent weights for each thickness of the band seems to be right on target.

I have purchased other "light" resistance bands that I could barely move them. This one is exactly what it says it is, "light" but not wimpy. I get lots of uses out of this band. My professional trainer uses this band, and I was glad I added it to my home gym.

I wish it had come with some more instructional exercises, there is a book. There aren't many videos or exercises on the Internet for this type of band. I like this kind mor than the handled kind, they are stronger. It is just a giant rubber band. Thie green go fit band is heavy size for me, I would like to start with something lighter and work my way up to this medium strength size. Buy a door attachment separately.

Very strong band. Too strong for me, an adult 57 year old male who lifts weights. However, it's high quality.

Very handy fitness tool, great for stretching and strength conditioning.
