These are a staple in our house for my little kids (ages 1 and 3) because of them being both high and protein and non perishable. I’m a dietitian and it is extra important that they get the nutrients they need, but also find it important to have it be yummy and fun. I just wish they had a little less added sugars, but that’s pretty typical in flavored yogurts.
