Why would you as a company create a DRM that makes your own products and refills incompatible, even when you sell the refills under the exact same UPC and model number? If you have and SBL dispenser, you cannot use the LBL refills. There is no distinction from sellers about being able to purchase SBL specific refills. We ordered the exact same refill as one we had working, 1904. The UPC code is the same on both packages, the model 1904 is the same. However, all the new collars come labelled "LBL". Our machine has a blue sticker "SBL". The newly available LBL refills do not work in our older SBL dispensers. Why would you block yourself out of your own products and make something so simple so complicated? TERRIBLE product! Are you willing to replace all our SBL dispensers with LBL ones?

got some dispensers about a year ago they work great just sucks that they have RFIDs or labels that are specific to certain vendors? and to find out a lot of the refills I've been trying to locate are being discontinued. or have different RFID chips. I have LBL, SBL and a gray RFID. and I only have been able to get the LBL refills and I have about 40 - 50 units of SBL dispensers just sitting on the shelf useless. anyone looking to get these dispensers id say do your homework on the product or products you are looking for to ensure you are not sitting there with unusable items on the shelf. and make sure the refills are compatible with the dispensers.

Brand new dispenser, brand new soap package and brand new batteries doesn't work. Red light just keeps on blinking, Call help desk and got a recording to leave a call back number. Junk product and non-existent support. It is going in the trash and will buy competitor product

We have six gojo /Purell dispensers in our business. Confusing to ,match the refills with the dispensers. The description might say compatible with all LTX12 dispensers...but not. There is an LTX12 LBL and and LTXC12 GRY, and so many numbers that are not compatible. Would be nice if inside each dispenser there was a refill number, ad the refills were clearly marked.

When I purchased the sanitizer, I was not sent the "push style" dispenser. When I called a local dealer, he said they always ship with a dispenser. The bottles are not otherwise openable so the sanitizer content cannot even be transferred to another bottle for dispensing. I have been unable to find a dispenser to purchase, so this expensive purchase was a waste.

Over the last 40 years I have mounted countless soap dispensers in industrial restrooms and the LTX 12 has performed better than all the rest.

Mounted 3 of these in the restrooms to replace tablet top traditional soaps. These look nice, last a long time and everyone loves the clean feeling from foam soap. No problems after 4 months!

Very frustrated

The soap smells good and they look very nice But so far the lights still red its been three days. changed batteries nothing.

Each bottle of sanitizer lasts an extremely long time. The only problem I have ran into is the dispenser seems to last only about a year, however they are free and Gojo is fairly quick to replace them! All in all, great products!!!

This Purell advanced green hand sanitizing touchfree dispenser works great, lasts 4 months of daily use in our office of 12.

We've had this dispenser installed in our restrooms for the past several months. I have nothing but positive things to say about it. It dispenses just the right amount of soap.

Never ending soap, akkumulator and please. Nice look!
