I love the product,but at times my skin sensitive. The product should say on the label it has salicylic and glycolic acid. Sunscreen should be advised.

I use this product and the conditioner and love them. My hair feels clean after shampooing not dry like other brands and the conditioner makes is soft and easy to style.

Love the "sulphate -free" but what exactly is "Fragrance" - typically the manufacturers secret ingredients that they do not have to disclose...... just watched the documentary "Not So Pretty"....

I have micro braid locs and wanted a sulfate free shampoo that could cleans my locs without making them hard and brittle. This delivers!!! My locs are soft, shiny, and clean! No buildup left and my scalp is squeaky clean.

I saw my neighbour used this shampoo and I am thinking to use it but when I research it , more bad reviews and comments are there . Can I believe this Pantene shampoo? And it has lauroyle and some are saying lauroyle is bad for hair

This sulphate free version of hydration formula has way too much fragrance and doesn't leave our hair feeling like we washed it hardly at all. Instructions say the shampooing process needs repeated 2 OR 3 times??!! Made sure we washed and rinsed thoroughly. My husband is sensitive to fragrances and this is strong and perfumy so we can't use it. We were used to using the hydration regular formula for years but our store disn't have it. We were shocked at the differences, not in a good way.
