The “turn-cuff” feature gives a nice option: I cuffed them once with sneakers for a casual look, and also folded them down for a low-crew fit with casual shoes; the cuff stayed in place and didn’t slide down mid-day. The fabric weight is light to in-between – breathable and comfortable for all-day wear, but not heavy-duty cushioning. The seams, reinforced toe and heel feel sturdy. One caveat: if you’re looking for thick cushioning (e.g., for boots or cold winter days) these aren’t ultra-padded. Overall, I’d wear these for everyday casual use – sneakers, loafers, errands – and I like the subtle versatility of the turn cuff style.
