Book Synopsis

Night falls, and the Moon shines brightly over the Earth as the baby animals settle down and get ready for bed. A penguin chick in the snow, a baby camel in the desert, a panda cub in the bamboo forest, and more babies cuddle up with their parent for the night. About the Author

Vicki Gausden spent her childhood in various military camps scattered around the globe and is primarily solar-powered, most likely due to her Maltese genes. She spends most of her income funding her book habit and has a slight obsession with the 6B pencil. She's been a vegetarian since the age of 11 and is a proud Blue Peter badge-holder. She attained a BA (with honors) and MDes in illustration from Edinburgh College of Art, and currently lives on the edge of the South Downs with two ridiculously small dogs and one very patient husband.
