Ran them through the wash before using and they were already covered in rust when they came out.

I like the middle one, but...
These are decent quality whisks, thick wire, but the chrome plating on the biggest one is peeling off. When i took it out of my utensil drawer, there were little sparkles all over everything where it had shedded. This isn't just an appearance problem, it's a health issue because swallowing chrome plating can't be safe. The other 2 were fine excet for some reason the smallest one has a half-size handle so you cant really whip foods well. The biggest one is too big, restaurant sized imo, so why not make it a bit smaller & use the extra metal to give the smallest one a full size handle?
