Buyer beware their warranty policy!
Buyer beware! If something isn’t working with your GOTRAX bike, and you need to file a warranty claim (assuming it’s a covered claim during your first 1-2 years of ownership), GOTRAX will require YOU to pay shipping and send the broken bike to them! This is at minimum a $200 charge if you purchase their discontinued shipping label through GOTRAX customer service. More $$ if you ship it your own. Great warranty- NOT!
