This is a great flavor enhancer/seasoning. It is MSG based, which I have no issue with, but many avoid it. I do wish they would remove the food dyes, which are unnecessary. If they had a dye-free version, it would be a staple in my pantry.

This is the best seasoning I have used in a very long time if not my whole life. It gives food a very well seasoned flavor and color. I've used it on meats and rice. Since receiving it, I've used it daily and everyone has noticed a different flavor to my cooking and loved it, including my picky husband.

I tried the Goya Coriander & Annatto Seasoning in several different dishes. I added it to a Paella dish and a stew dish and also in a rice dish, all recipes I've made before. I don't think it added much to the stew, I couldn't really detect any difference in how the stew usually tastes without it. However, I thought it was a good addition to the Paella and added that little something extra to the dish, along with the rice that I made as a side at another dinner. Overall, it's easy to use and incorporate into a lot of dishes but I'm not sure it's always necessary or detectable. I'll probably use it on occasion in the future but certainly not in every dish I make.

We used this for family dinner a few weeks ago and really enjoyed it. We used it on chicken thighs and also in our yellow rice. It had a really strong flavor that we enjoyed. We'd definitely try other Goya products and use this product again. I'm always looking for new flavors and dishes for my family to try and we definitely enjoyed this one.
