Overall I'm happy with the quality of the shelves. I'm sure they will last for years. My only feedback would be to have hardware with the hexagonal hole in the bolts for all bolts. . . not just the short ones. The square-feature on the longer bolts would often slip out during tightening which slowed installation considerably. Also, being able to secure/hold the bolt with a allen wrench while tightened with a racket wrench would allow flexibility to install the bolt from either side, which would be helpful in constrained installation locations.

Max Series 4' by 8' heavy duty overhead garage storage rack
The instructions were easy to follow,the recommendations for the ceiling brace mounts were excellent and worked out very well for the irregular spacing of the trusses, and all the parts were easy to assemble. It's all that I hoped it would be which is why I put up two of them in our garage.

Easy to install, I took my time and followed the instructions manual. Had the proper tools to complete the project in 2 to 3 hours. Quality of the Fleximounts racks were sufficient for my garage spacing and sturdy enough to hold my items.

Assembly
Overall well pleased with the product. Had some assembly issues. 1) there was an excessive amount of powder coating on the corner brackets that need to be removed to get a proper fit; easy fix 2) side-by-side shelves are screwed in place using pre-drilled and tapped holes; however the 1/4” gap was too much to close without over-bending the sheet metal; left as is 3) I placed four shelves side-by-side. I made the mistake of setting all brackets based on 48” centers before fitting the shelves. If I had only placed two side-by-side or as I hade placing four and added an additional 1/4” for each bracket there would have been no issue.
