The material is very soft and silky. The shirt is light weight and perfect for the warmer months. If you wear it in the winter you’ll need a sweater on top. All and all this is a very pretty shirt that also feels great on the skin.

I got a 4X and it barely fits me and I normally wear a 3X.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the Agnes Orinda Women's Plus Sized Dots Round Neck Petal Sleeve Casual Summer Blouse in black 1X free from Influenster in exchange for my honest opinion. The blouse is very roomy yet flattering and has little nub designs all over it to give it texture and flare. The sleeves are not quite 3/4 length but they are a bell shape and flare out a little giving it a dressier appearance. Can be worn casually with a pair of jeans or can be dressed up with a pair of dress pants or skirt. It looks like luxury but at a cheaper price. I tried to upload several pictures to show the details but kept getting an error message so unfortunately couldn't show the smaller details. It is true to size and fits comfortably. It rests right under my waist but isn't long, just right. I normally prefer a longer shirt but because this is fancier and with the way it's cut, it just looks nice and overall flattering.
