A: Answering my own question - I emailed the company and they said "The Graco Ready2Roll Stroller Wagon doesn’t have a latch or button to fully lock it in the folded position. However, it is designed so that it won’t fully open unless the fold button is squeezed. This ensures it stays compact during transport, even without a dedicated lock/latch" It's too bad, because otherwise it is a nice wagon, just unwieldy.
