Q: How do you clean it ? Also the push handle bar seems to be shaky after one use. Can I tighten it ?

There is a part of the buckle that has already broken and we have not had the wagon for 2months. This was the 3rd time using this wagon and I’m disappointed in the quality. The wagon has a lot of bells and whistles but quality is lacking.

Purchased to replace our Evenflo Pivot Xplore. This actually does even better on the sand than our previous wagon, and it’s so roomy for my two and four year old. We even use the bench for a chair for them. Love the cup holders, so easy to fold and take in and out of my trunk.

Our family loves this wagon! We have had it for 3 years and it’s the best money we have spent at Target! We use the wagon almost every day and it’s still rolling well. However, we have had to tighten the screws because we noticed they are loosening on their own now but again we have owned it for 3 years and it’s been working great!

Bought this online and I was certainly sent a repackaged, damaged item. Some of the pieces (including the canopy) were missing and none of the pieces were wrapped. A hole for the axel was also completely squished and unusable. Had to return and repurchase in store and it came in perfect condition. Easy to use, very big, good for kids.

The handle snapped after just over a year of use. We only used it on city sidewalks with our toddlers. It was also hard to push and our kids always hated sitting in it. So cheaply made and overpriced!

Not the right hardware in package

I wish I can say this wagon is fantastic and I would have, but it came with the wrong hardware or directions. According to the instruction manual, you need a full threaded screw but the package came with 4 partial threaded screws. I tried the screws anyway: one side screwed in fine and the other one didn’t tighten. My dad even looked at it and tried but he couldn’t get it to tighten either. He said the screw is stripped. Going to return the wagon today and see if I can get another one.
