Hard to push, wheels need a lot of work
I bought this about a month ago as my first wagon— I was so excited but have been so disappointed. :( While the space it offers is wonderful!! The tires make it almost unusable. I’m truly questioning if I can return this thing still or if I can replace with better wheels? It is so hard to push and the current wheels have absolutely no traction and will start sliding sideways when I’m pushing it inside buildings. I need one person to pull while I push just to get the thing anywhere. It’s been a sad first wagon experience!

Lost Canopy
I got one of these about a yr ago and we love it. It is so perfect for all my kids and I love all the extra features on it. My only problem is I lost the top canopy part and I need to know if I can purchase a replacement for it or find one that is compatible to us.

Quality not good
Love the wagon; it’s big and sturdy. I’ve only used 4 times in less than 2 months and the sides of handles are coming off and the storage basket is ripped

I'm having a lot of problems.
I love the wagon. BUT I bought it less than six months ago there are many issues I'm having with it but the biggest is the tire. One of the tires spring messed up took it to a specialist and they said it's a manufacturing error. I only put my one and two year olds in it so I don't understand why the wagon is having so many issues.

Tires
I love this, but I would like to be able to change the tires because these thick ones are so hard to turn in comparison to my other wagon. Is there a spot to buy new tires that are the big thin ones? Easy to turn when you pull the wagon, super hard to maneuver when pushing!

Great but some issues
So far I really like the wagon itself but the canopy had a small tear in it when I got it and now is so torn it won’t even fit on it correctly. I got this for my grandson who loves it. I would like to find a replacement canopy but can’t find one that is an exact match. Also, I am in my late 40’s and am unable to lift the wagon into my car without assistance due to the weight and the size.

Flimsy
I bought this around Mother’s Day and it was great until it wasn’t. The straps to hold seat back is already falling off and tires are not moving great in stores or outside. I am struggling so much to move the stroller around anywhere I go.

Hard to move
I’ve only had this for a month or two and the straps that click the seat back is ripping off. Wheels are becoming super hard to turn and unable to move them around when going out anywhere.

Disappointing Quality
I purchased the wagon less than 2 months ago and it is already coming unsewn in 2 of the corners. While it works for hauling around my three toddlers, I'm worried about how long I will be able to use it.

Broken wheel barring x2
I have bought this wagon and I was super excited to use it and when I purchased it I only used it once and the wheel broke. Then called the warranty company they sent out a new one and got this one set up and the wheel barring on one of the wheels are broke as well. I am not satisfied what so ever!

Functional and Roomy!
I received the Safety 1st Quad Wagon Stroller as part of a product testing program. This wagon is very spacious and fits four children easily with room for extra things! I took it on dirt sand grass pavement and gravel with no issues. i like having the option to push or pull it! It can fit lots of big or small things there are plenty of pockets. It's also really nice that the seats fold down to create different spaces. It even has extra details for smaller babies. i'd recommend it to any parents! you don't need 4 kids to use it it's very versatile.

What a wonderful 4 seat wagon for kids! ! Easy to put together easy to maneuver easy to clean. My kids absolutely love sitting in it and ask to go on it several times a week! Love this concept and love how user friendly it is. Easy to use in different terrains. Can pull and push! Lots of storage! Overall a great wagon for kids! !

A wagon stroller made for families like mine!
I received the Safety 1st Quad Wagon Stroller as part of a product testing program. The wagon I was sent really surprised me in the best way- it required minimal assembly and the process itself is streamlined and simple. I like that I am able to fold and unfold it easily by myself I love the option to pull or push the wagon and to make such a task as comfortable as possible with the adjustable handle and bar and I love how easy it is to handle on all surfaces even trickier ones such as sand and mud. The sunshield does its job very well and it is possible to angle it in order to offer the kiddos more sun protection the storage pouches are plentiful and well-situated and the disposition of the seats is very easy to change in order to maximise and customise the space available. A great wagon stroller!

Awesome full featured wagon
I received the Safety 1st Quad Wagon Stroller as part of a product testing program. We have had this wagon for a few weeks now and have been super impressed with the quality and features. With several small children in the house all 5 and under getting around can often seem like a hassle but this wagon has made things so much easier for us. It is large enough to hold all of the kids and has plenty of storage for snacks drinks jackets blankets toys and anything else they might need. The all terrain tires on this wagon handle everything from hiking trips to sandy beaches with ease. The build quality feels solid and I am sure this wagon can handle pretty much anything you throw at it. It is an extremely full featured wagon and has added luxuries like padded seats one handed fold a tilting canopy and a footwell to keep the older kiddos comfortable. One thing to note is that the wagon is large and with all that extra space and storage it is a bit on the heavier side but overall we love this wagon and would have expected a wagon of this quality with all of these features to have cost much more money.

So much storage
I received the Safety 1st Quad Wagon Stroller as part of a product testing program. A good enough wagon! Love all the space and storage. My two kids fit in it great with extra room for all their toys they have to bring. The adjustable push bar is great for when my toddler wants to help push - I can lower it to just her size! The canopy has been great during these sunny days too - we stick our baby in the wagon while we all play outside and he loves it! The brake broke on us after only a few uses unfortunately but so far it hasn't seemed to be a huge problem not having it. Like I said a good enough wagon- you're getting what you pay for.
