It is light enough that you could definitely throw it on top of another blanket in the winter and perfect for the summer time.

It is pictured on our king size bed so it will lay even better on a queen. The reversible feature is great and the shams are roomy for our fuller pillows. It’ll keep warm on cool nights but might be too warm on summer nights unless you have the AC on blast.
