Spoiled Cabbage

Spoiled cabbage delivered through drive-up on Thanksgiving eve. I have NEVER seen rotton cabbage to this degree in my life that was sold to a customer. Both items were in the same condition and after trying to cut off the spoiled parts, I ended up with 2 cups of cabbage. Do better Target!
