This pan started out great. However I didn't realize when I purchased it that it has numerous special instructions to keep it in good shape - no spray oils, no silicone brushes to wash, etc. I tried my best to keep it in shape but things started getting really stuck to it and wouldn't wash off after a soak and a regular dish cloth. Now everything sticks and it's going in the trash today. I will not buy again and would not recommend unless you plan to only cook eggs in butter in this pan.

We are very sorry to hear about the issues with your cookware. This issue can be easily resolved! It is likely that you have a layer of carbonized oil built up on your pan that will create a barrier between the pan and your food. When this happens, you are basically cooking on the layer of oil as opposed to the surface of the pan. This layer may not be visible. This cleaning method has proven to be extremely successful and can be used when you notice staining and/or sticking. For the best results, please try this method twice. Once complete, you may resume normal washing with soap and sponge. Fill the pan halfway with water and bring it to a near boil for about 2 minutes. Pour out the water and place the pan on a sturdy surface such as a wooden cutting board. Carefully use a Melamine sponge on the warm surface; this should do the trick. If this does not work, please email GreenPan directly at customercare.us@greenpan.com. We are happy to help!

After only 2 months & only using wooden utensils it is already starting to chip. A real shame. The color is so pretty and the rest of it is good quality.

I literally purchased this today and used one time on low heat to warm up pasta, the plastic coating started coming off!! Which lets me know never to buy nonstick pans again because why is there plastic coating anyway? Horrible quality. Returning asap!

Well you can't use PAM just a bit of oil so things stick. You can't tell when to flip the eggs by the way they look from the top. If I still could drive this would have been out the door and down the road.

I tend to take very good care of my pans, wash them right away, use soft spatchulas, and after 3-4 uses food is already sticking to surfaces, even with cooking oil. Very unhappy with my purchase, even at this price you can find better quality.
