I purchased this patio set and it arrived in four large boxes. The first box I opened had a piece that was cracked in half. I notified Target right away and they provided me a label for return. I returned the four large boxes and I was notified that I would not be receiving my refund.

This set is SO gorgeous! I makes my sunroom so beautiful and cozy. Dirt easily comes off pillows with a wet washcloth. For a bigger issue or stain, I popped one of the pillow covers in the wash (without bleach) and left it to air dry and it came out wonderfully. One thing to be mindful of is that the sectional can easily come detached. This isn’t a problem for us because we keep it against the walls.

I was a little nervous to order this set based on previous reviews, but I'm so glad I did because we love it!! It took a few hours to put it all together, but nothing too crazy. And we absolutely love how it all turned out! The quality is great, very sturdy, thick cushions, super comfortable. Our table arrived scratched, but we contacted support and they gave us some money back which was nice. So I'm still giving 5 stars and I would 100% recommend! Very happy with this purchase!

So I read the devastating review of the previous purchaser and I was ugh. I’ve never went ahead and purchased anything with someone writing a one star review but I went for it. I’m SO glad I did. I’m in love with this set! JuSt for the record I am a female and the installation was a big nothing. I’m also pretty handy which is hard for males to understand for some reason. Once you do one seat, the rest is all the same so I didn’t even look at instructions after the first one. I went with the red color bc it reminded me of the Bowery hotel in Nyc. I love everything about this set. For the price it’s a no brainer. I’ve gotten so many compliments . The wood seems pretty solid so hopefully it keeps through the colder seasons, but right now I’m so happy. Anytime the cushions get wet, they dry pretty quickly which is nice. I added the black and white accent pillows from target (room essentials) $10 each. And matching pouf ($40) A steal all around. Target for the win . The previous reviewer had bad luck and I feel bad for him.

This arrive broken w/ dirty cushions that didn’t fit properly therefor you can’t latch it together. Cushion had big split at the seem. Wood parts were broken. Spent hours putting together and target won’t let us return it unless we take it apart and out back in box. You have to put the entire thing together with Allan wrench which took forever. Don’t have energy to dismantle so stuck with a broken dysfunctional sectional. Horrible customer service.
