GU works great to get me thru a low while exercising or playing pickleball which I love. It packs in your pocket or even in your bra and it is easy to open even when you are shakey and you can’t think straight. It even tastes good so even if you’re not thinking straight you will still want to eat it. I love it and would recommend it highly.
