Don’t be fooled by the ingredients, there is 21-30g of sugar in one can and 21 or more grams of carbs. This is basically a meal or chocolate bar in a drink. If you’re diabetic stay away unless you’re drinking half. Any kind of sugar is still sugar.

After quitting caffeine for a couple years I went back and tried almost all of the "better" energy drinks out there and the Red can is the easiest on my sensitive stomackh. Matcha make s me nauseaous so this Plant Based one is about the best bet. THE ONLY thing I see misleading is it says 100mg of naturally occuring caffeine here on the site and the can says 142 mg caffeine. Which is it...feels like 100mg so its not a super high like say RedBull or a Matcha drink but its good for us older folk who still like a lift and cant drink coffee. Cheers!
