Q: Does the tea kettle beep when plugged in or when the water is hot?

A: Thank you for contacting us, as I look into the item it does not say if the kettle beeps when hot or plugged in. However it does show that the indicator light lets you know when your water is boiled, and if you forget about the kettle, the auto shut-off feature will automatically turn it off.
