Q: How does the top fold down (type of hardware)? How does the shelf adjust (type of hardware)?
A: They are same kitchen cart in style but are different individual carts because one comes with a top fold and the other one does not. You would choose between either or.

Q: Can this island be painted ? I wish it came in white ?
