I ordered this online to be delivered. The item that I received is so crooked and misshapen that it's ridiculous! One of the little horns is twisted, crumpled and not even attached in the right place. It's so cute but the entire little hat is twisted because of that. Unbelievable. I'm surprised that it was ever shipped like that! Is there no Quality Control?! I'm really disappointed. 😾
